This product is aged a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 12 years (a blend of different grape harvests is used so an exact number of years cannot be determined). It receives a special seal from the Italian Consortium for following strict balsamic production methods. The product is very mellow and smooth - great for desserts, salads, meats and vegetables.
