Candoni Sun Dried Tomatoes in Balsamic Vinegar are made from only the best “Roma” tomatoes, grown in the farmlands of sunny Italy.  They are handpicked, split in half, salted and laid out on large wooded flats to dry under our sun. This unique product is made special by packing premium quality tomatoes in Candoni Olive Oil and Candoni Balsamic Vinegar with capers and a special blend of herbs.
