Using traditional, time honored methods, we transform organic durum wheat into pasta that will always delight you with its clean, mildly nutty flavor and tender, al dente bite. Cooking Instructions: Bring five quarts of water to a rolling boil. Gradually place pasta in water stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Begin testing for doneness after 7 minutes. Please do not overcook. Drain and toss with a little oil and serve.
